How do I apply?

Great- our application is entirely online! On our Available page, simply click the “Apply” link next to the apartment you’re interested in! Or one of our leasing agents would be happy to send you the link.

Do you require a background check?

Yes, we will complete a background check using your application information.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is an application fee of $25. This covers the cost of the required background check.

What is the security deposit? 

The security deposit is typically equivalent to one month’s rent. As soon as you pay the security deposit, we will remove the apartment from the market and it is reserved for your move-in.

What is the lease term? Do you offer month to month leases?

Our standard lease term is 12 months. We offer month to month leases to existing tenants only, and for an additional fee.

Which utilities are included in rent?

Utilities vary by property. Please examine the listing descriptions and ask a leasing agent for details on each apartment you’re considering.

Do any of your apartments accept Section 8? If so, which ones?

Yes, several of our properties do accept Section 8 applicants. Please examine the listing descriptions for each apartment - those that accept Section 8 will include “Section 8 Accepted” within the description.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the first day of each month and is considered late after the third day of the month.

Do your apartments have on-site laundry?

Yes! The majority of our properties have convenient on-site laundry facilities.

Are pets allowed?

Several of our properties are pet friendly! See the listing descriptions for whether pets are accepted or not.

Is smoking allowed? 

No. Smoking is not allowed in any apartment or in the common areas of our buildings.

As a tenant, what maintenance-related things would I be responsible for?

Our tenants assume responsibility for basic cleaning, changing furnace filters and changing smoke detector batteries. We have a 24-hour maintenance hotline for tenants to report all other issues to our maintenance team.
