Meet Emma Schwarz, Birgo's Operations and Office Assistant. In this Q&A, Emma dishes on career advice, her favorite personal achievements, book recommendations, and more!

Tell me a little bit about your background.

I graduated from Grove City College in ‘21 with a degree in elementary education. After graduating, I realized that classroom teaching was not my calling and I wanted to dip my toes into the business world. My first job out of college was B2B cold calling for a trash broker company from my living room coffee table. After about 10 months of cold calling I was connected with an opportunity at Birgo and I started a new position as the Office and Operations Assistant!
