Historic Mansion turned Airbnb: Short-term Rental
We recently completed our newest Airbnb. This property was previously owned and occupied by the former owner of Penn Brewery, which is located just the road. Although the building was originally intended to be a single family home, it has since been renovated to house six units, including our Airbnb apartment, which adds to our collection of short-term rentals.
It’s been a wonderful challenge to add short-term rentals to our residential portfolio.
