Tenants deserve comfort and convenience. The Birgo Realty resident portal allows tenants to manage a lease, make payments and request maintenance. It’s fast, easy and secure..all at your convenience!
Here’s your step by step guide (with screenshots included!) on how to navigate the Birgo Realty resident portal.
Step 1: Login
Login using your email and password. If you’re a new resident and don’t yet have an account, click “request access to the portal.”

Step 2: Home Page
Once you’re logged in to the Birgo Realty resident portal, you’ll have access to all of your information. Browse through the home page to view your lease documents, renters insurance, payment submissions, property details, and more.

Now, we’ll take you through each section so you know exactly where to find everything you need.
The “Home” tab displays important information such as account balance, upcoming charges (from the 17th through the end of the month) and maintenance requests. You will also have the option to purchase a renters insurance policy.
Visit this site for help on uploading or purchasing renters insurance.
Click on the “Payments” tab to submit one-time payments, set up auto payments, edit or delete auto payments, or view an Account Ledger.
Here’s some other important information you should know:
- Charges show up to 15 days prior to their due date.
- You will receive a message if there is an existing credit on the account. If you have credit, outstanding charges are shown in full, but the balance due will be adjusted for the credit.
- Section 8 and tenant-owed rent show as separate balances, if applicable.
Maintenance requests just got a whole lot easier. Visit the “Maintenance” tab anytime to submit your requests. Users have the option to include photos and view previous requests.
View or download shared documents by clicking on the “Shared Documents” tab.
Here, you can purchase a renters insurance policy or upload proof of insurance for an already existing policy.
Easily view or download your online lease documents through the “Property Details” section. You can also access additional contact information for the property management team.
If you’re looking to change your settings (login credentials, contact phone number or language), please visit the “Account Profile” tab.

Step 3: Download the App for Convenient Access
Download the Birgo Realty resident portal app to your smartphone to access all of your information at the touch of your fingertips. Easily navigate your portal, just like you would on a desktop.
