The Penn Building is 45,000 sq ft located in downtown Pittsburgh's desirable Cultural District. Close to everything this building is built in 1910 with character including marble facade accenting and a marble lobby. It matches the pre-war construction with modern design spins through the updated suites. The 6th floor suite includes an atrium area that allows the tenants of that space access to the outdoors without stepping outside the building.
